Dear friends,
I am working in Sol Man 4.0. As we are aware each support ticket will have Basis notification & support ticket ( SLFN or SLF1).
Now i am creating support ticket from top "Help" menu----> create support message.
As a standard functionality, when i create a support ticket from "Help" menu, it always calls SLFN transaction type.
Now we want to change the standard functionality as, instead of calling "SLFN" transaction type, i want to call "SLF1" transaction type.
Please guide me ..in SPRO where to change to config to get this functionality?
Regards
Senthil

Could you detail why you want to do this?
Thanks!

Right now when I create messages from SOLUTION_MANAGER in the service desk area and have them categorized as SFL1 transactions. Right now they are being categorized as SFLN transactions. And our SFLN messages are being categorized as SLF1.
I'm basically looking what the standard setup is for these message transaction so we can get them functioning properly again. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Dear Friends,
I am looking for your valuable inputs soon
