DIF for multiple material changes

Hi Experts,

I am trying to change/update multiple materials using data import frame work technique, I am able to generate the CR but at the time of activation it throws error

1-Enter at least one description

2-Transportation group is required field doesnt contain any entry

3-loading group is required field doesnt contain any entry

I am using business activity MATB for these uploads

Now my concern is how system is checking whether its a create scenario or change scenario, i believe it depends on business activity if so than do i need to make any configuration in "link logical actions with business activity" under UI modelling because there i see all biz activity link MAT2,MATB and others for all UI configurations for standard definition,and for "Link Log actions with UI application and business activity:Custom definition" i dont see MATB over there, is that configuration fine?
