Thanks Sadhu.

can you please answer my question No:1 and Question No2 ?

''If one plant (eg: AAAA ) is assigned to 2 different Sales Org (eg SORG1 and SORG2 ) which are having same distribution channel (eg.00).

Now in 'Define shipping data of plants',

1.how I can assign these different SOrg to one plant.

Plant AAAA is having two different inter company customers with two different sales area.

Means plant is supplying material to Plant BBBB and Plant CCCC.

Plant BBBB is created as a customer with sales area SORG1 and 00.

Plant CCCC is created as a customer with sales area SORG2 and 00.

There will bo no supply of material from Plant BBBB or Plant CCCC to Plant AAAA , only there can be returns.

2.Is it necessary to assign sales are for Plant BBBB and Plant CCCC in 'define shipping data for plants'?''

Thanks Warwick for the links , time constraint for reading .....will read later.......thats why asking for a spoon feeding.

Please advise.

Hi PS,

In Case you have not yet solved your problem.

Yes you need to create the sales area for both your

Plant BBBB and Plant CCCC in define shipping data for plants.

See the logic is any Plant that you are selling(or supplying) goods is as good as a customer.

Nnow if you want to supply goods from a sales area the customer (in your case the plants BBBB and CCCC)

should exist in that sales area so you need to put the sales area in

define Shipping data.

If you are supplying from more than one sale area you need to extend the plant customer to all the relevant sales area.

Tell me if you still face trouble

Hope it helps
