text field doesnu00B4t appear in smartform

Hello,

we are using Smartforms to print Activity journals.

We display in the smartformsome information from CRM. Now we have a textfield in CRM where notes can be inserted.

This field with the notes we have integrated in the smartformas include-text. Now if we use the smartform in the standard language german this field will be displayed in the smartform. But if we use another language the content of this field doesn´t appear.

Has anybody an idea what occurs this problem and how we can solve it?

Hi

You need to do a language conversion to support the same if that is a standard text or a static text.

If it is retrieved from the database then it shouldn't be a problem, but it will be displayed as it is stored in the DB.

how can I do a language conversion?

This field exists that the person which creates the activity journal can do some notes. These notes shoulöd be displayed in the smartform, undependent of the smartform language.

The text should be displayed as it was created.
