How to find tax field in purchase order

Hi,

I am creating format of purchase order that is to be printed. I wanted to know the details about tax. While creating purchase order where we are mentioning the tax. Is it different for each item. Please help me.

In you can find the tax related field in item data of PO in invoice tab. And if necc some times the tax condition comes in to picture
