Quality Notification numbers not in sequence

Hi All,

I have an interesting question,

My quality notifications numbers(internally assigned) are not assigned sequentially.

For example if a user creates a quality notification the number assigned is say 100.

When other user creates another quality notification in no time , then the number should be 101 only, instead of that it's assigning 105 or other numbers say 107, The quality notification numbers between 101- 104 are missing - does not exist in system, In have checked in the tables VIQMEL, those quality notification numbers doesnot exist.

Does anybody ever come across this issue, any OSS notes available for this issue
