posting period error

hi sap's,

while i am doing transfer posting i am getting error"posting period is not open for period 003 2008".using MMPV i closed period for 02 2008 opened 03 2008 in mm.i am able to post GR but i can not post transfer posting transaction. do i have to do any setting in FI as it affects accounting. i appreciate your resposnes.

Pls check In OB52 The FI period is opened ?

If not ask the FI guys to maintain the same
