Dear All,
Greetings,
when I am executing closing cockpit in "cloco" if my 1st task is "open new posting period OB52" which i execute , then whether it shall automatically update the status in "cloco" as complete or I am supposed to changed it manually.
If it is the case, then whether maill should shoot to second person automatically ? If yes , whether any settings are involved ?
I have done all the settings provided in SAP HELP
Thanks in advance.

I believe the scheduling functionality is much enhanced in EP 3 for ERP 6.0
Are you using ERP 6.0 or ECC 5?

The release is ECC 6.0. You have introduced a new point of view.
I think the problem is that I have NOT the system component "ECC_SE" with release 600, level 005, Highest support pack SAPK-60005INECCSE. The standard enterprise services that I am looking for, is delivered through this enhancement pack.
I am goint to implement this component and test the system.
Thanks in advance,
José Blasco.
Sorry I can not help you because my problem is previous than yours.
I have defined a task list template and a task list. I have already released the task list but I do not known how to execute transactions or programs. Additionally, I do not know how to plan the execution.
Is possible to execute the transaccion from CLOCO?
Could you help me on this?
Thanks in advance,
Regards.

Yes
As far as i know , It is possible to execute transaction from CLOCO , infact you should execute transaction from CLOCO only.
Procedure is :
call the Closing Cockpit (transaction CLOCO)
Choose Change.
Call up your task list: Menu path: Template/Task List→
Other Template/Task List ...
Select your task list (status Released):
Expand template
Now select your second task and choose
Schedule Selected Tasks.
The system informs you that the task has been scheduled successfully.
Now select your task, Right-click and choose Execute Transaction.
Even i am trying various ways so , you can try this one , hope it will work for you.
Please let me know if you can execute it correctly & also whether there are any settings required for automatic mail to next person ( responsible for next task ).
If useful dont forget to assign points.
Thanks.
