Whilst trying to create a Leave Request in ESS, the following warning message appears "customizing for employee 01000000 does not exist".
Does anyone know why this is happening?

i think u did not assigne dthe Enduser role for Customization
assaign the eu_role to that user from Admin user

Is this role applied in the Portal?
Yes, it is applied in the portal.
1. Login to the portal as an Administrator.
2. Go to User Administration.
3.Search for the user in question.
4.Check if the eu_role is assigned to him in the "assigned roles" list.
5.Else assign the role.
6.Save changes and try again.

I have assigned the eu_role in the Portal as stated in this thread. Unfortunately, I'm still getting the error message.
HI MN,
There are a couple of things that you need to ensure.
1. Go to the backend system- Trasaction code : PA30
2. Key in the number 01000000, the number that gets displayed while creating the request.
3. Click on display and see if that pernr( personal number) is existing.
4. If the pernr is the number that is assigned to you.
5. Then go to transaction HRUSER and check if the employee is assigned the pernr in question.
