Hiring/Rehiring.

Hi All,

If i am doing rehiring and than on the same day Organization reassignment also, the system allowing me to do it.

But if i am running hiring action first and than trying to do org reassignment on the same day the system throws an error and if i click on to see the details of the error it doesnt show me anything.

Can anybody tell me what could be the reason why its allowing me to do Org reassignemt with rehiring and not with hiring on the same day. U0000 and U0302 is set for all the actions.
