platform search issue

Hi All, We are on BO4.2 SP02 Patch 5 and environment is clustered. Our Platform Search wasn't working since long. We analyzed a lot and found out that there are locks present in our CMS table cms_locks7. I removed the locks and rebuilded the indexes. Now the indexes are rebuilding fine. But searching in BI Launch Pad gives error : "An error occurred while searching.: A java.lang.NoSuchMethodError occurred; original exception message com.sap.tracelog.Config.severity()Lcom/sap/tracelog/Sev;" I have switched on the APS hosting Platform Search only on one node. The Master Index location is shared while persistent and non-persistent are default. Please help.

Hi Experts,

We found out that Lucene Index Engine is not getting created in PlatformSearchData foler at <INSTALL_DIR>\enterprise_xi40\data\PlatformSearchData. Anyone having any idea on why this Engine folder is not getting created
