Where you able to get the *.dbf file from the GNIVC Website or did you manually maintain the various tables for region,county, city individually .If the upload was used can you advise me how did you mange to make use of the files in the upload.
Try Searching for KLADR.dbf in Google or Sap Notes. If at all you find a .dbf file , you can use the program HRUUKLADRLOAD to load that file into Sap Tables.
