Reference key 1 and Reference key 2

Dear Gurus,

While posting transactions,I have entered values in Reference key 1 and Reference key 2.

The values are coming in table BSEG, however, no values are coming in Line item reports(FBL3N)

Is this SAP standard? Or I am missing any setting?
