Incase if Tax procedure is TAXINN, either OB40 or VK12.
Incase of TAXINJ, it is to be maintained in FTXP.

We define the rates in tcode FTXP for country and the tax code. Then for the tax condition MWST, we maintain the condition records for that tax code and country to that % amount.
