What all can be the reasons for an adapter to get struck?

Hi,

Problem in Queue,for that we have to check in SMQ1,SMQ2,SMQR.

and probelm in sender and receiver CC,problem with the parameters or channel may be down.

Shalini,

In addition to Doss's reply.

If the receiver system is down and if the scenario is Asynch then u can see them only in the Messages of AE and not in messages of IE or SXMB_MONI.

You need to go to MDT and try to restart them. But in case of Synchronous, you will see the fail messages in SXMB_MONI too.

Hi,

Adapters will stuck up due to either performance will get it add in queue or the sender or receiver systems are down or the authorization issues.
