Java on PDA

Hello!

Now I'm trying to start webdynpro applications on my PDA (ASUS p535 with Windows Mobile 2006). I'm using http://<appl_server>:80<#inst>/sap/bc/webdynpro/sap/zwd_test. But before to see page with zwd_test I cann't push the registration button. I think, this is a java problem. What version of jvm I must install on my PDA?

Artem

    Hi Artem,

I might be wrong here - but from your descriptopn you call a WebPage that displays in a browser. So the benefit of that: you do not need any files installed on the PC! The problem with the PDA: its JavaScript coding is limited. So please check if you used the MobileSubset of Webdynpro. The other stuff will not work.

    Regards,

    Oliver

    Hello Artem,

I guess you mean, that you are not able to pass the LOGIN screen ?

Could you please try the following and add the parameter sap-wd-client=Pie03Client

The URL should look like this:

    http://<appl_server>:80<#inst>/sap/bc/webdynpro/sap/zwd_test?wd-client=Pie03Client

    Best Regards,

    Stefan

      Hello!

      Thanks for your answers!

Unfortunaly additional parameter sap-wd-client doesn't allow to skip LOGIN screen.

I think that the problem is in my java on PDA, but what certainly must be install I don't know.

Did anybody try to logon on icm port via PDA?

      Artem

Works only on Hand-held terminals, not on PDA...
