Business function UDM_DESPUTE not available in RMS ID

Hello Gurus,

I'm trying to configure despute management in SAP FSCM, but in the initial t-code SCASE, i'm unable to view bus function UDM_DESPUTE in RMS ID.

Can any one pls let me know how can i activate and view this. Our client is using SAP 4.7 version.

as per my knowledge, you need to upgrade your sap release version to use FSCM. please refer below link for more information. to access below link you need to have OSS ID.
