VERY URGENT: BG/WP STOPPED

hi experts

while iam doing the client export in ECC5 with t-code SCC8

and i scheduled it as background job.

after 90 sec the BG/WP is automatically going in to status

stopped and reason is RFC for that i increase the rdisp/btctime=600 sec eventhoug it was stopped.but in SM37 job status is ACTIVE

Check with the basis guys, sounds like something with the scheduler is going wrong if I understand you correctly.
