How to generate Spool request

Dear all,

Plz tell me how to generate spool request for INquiry,Quotation,Order & Invoice.

I got the print privew for all the above documents but it cannot generate any spool request.

Is there any setting for generating Spool request?

Plz send me any configuration required for the same.
