MRP PR Release Strategy

Hi Experts,

pls help me regarding the MRP PR, Doc type NB, we have a requirement to trigger release strategy for this MRP run PR.

How to do this? is is possible?

Hi,

If you have maintained release strategy for other types of PR, then you may add this type of PR to the document types maintained in the release strategy. or you may define new release strategy for this type of PR on the similar way of existing strategy of PR release.

hi Sandeep,

you have to consider the PR Creation indicator, create characteristic as PR creation Ind, get the values for MRP run PR like:

B-MRP

F-Production order

U-Converted planned order

Create one characteristics lilke

Z_FRG_MM_CEBAN_ESTKZ (Creation Indicator (Pur Req))

Give the appriate value in that value in CL24N T.code.

It will work.

Sory, i just check it, i already maintained the values like NB doc type but i doesn't work. do you have another solution, or do i missed any settings?

First In T.Code: OPPR-----> for your MRP Group....assign PR Document type NB ...

Then...In OLME ---> PR ---> Release Procedure -

> Release Procedure with Classification --->

there accoring to your requirement Create Charecteristics for your Doc.Type NB and Configure Release Starategy according to your requirement,,,
