Hello,
I am working on version 4.0. Trying to send attachements from shopping cart to backend Pr.
I have done required coding in SRM for "BADI "BP_CREATE_REQ_BACK"
Have done settings in DC10, DC20 and DC30 in R/3.
When I create the SC in SRM, after approval it shows "error in process".
This happens only when Attachment is attached in SC.
Can anyone please help.
Regards
Amit
Hi,
Check whether this happens for any particular type of attachment e.g. Images .

Hi,
Pls check the foll settings again in R/3:
In DC10.
-->under DEFINE DOCUMENT TYPES,entry is there for SRM
-->In DEFINE OBJECT LINKS,Objects details for PR is maintained for SRM entry.
In DC30,
-->DEFINE WORKSTATION APPLICATION,entries are maintained for the doc types
SPRO
-->
SPRO->CROSS APPLICATION COMPONENT>DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT>GENERAL DATA-->DEFINE DATA CARRIER
Any specific settings made here ??
Also make sure the job CLEAN_REQREQ_UP is scheduled properly in SRM.

Disha,
DC10 and DC30 are already maintaind as per your mail...
In DC20 (same what u mentioned through SPRO) I did the settings as below as per note no 1057932
1.Click on the entry 'Define data carrier server, Frontends' on the left side of the screen.
2.On the right side you should have a data carrier type entry maintained 'PC'. The path for the same should be maintained as 'C:\temp'
3.Click on the entry 'Identify Frontend Computers'. Here you will
require to maintain an entry as default carrier type.
Hi,
So are the entries maintained as per the note?We had faced the same problem for SC with attachmnets at one of the client sites and the problem was solved after maintaining the settings for DATA CARRIER in DC20 at the R/3 side.
Also is the job CLEAN_REQREQ_UP scheduled properly in SRM?
