C4C Issue adding individual customer extended field to form template

Hi All,

Has anyone experience issue of adding extended field for individual customer in the individual account form template? The extended field for individual customer appear in account form template instead of individual account form template. System points individual customer summary to individual account summary form. How can I add the extended field in the individual account summary form?

I have created some extended fields such as one 'Identification Number' under individual customer view.

Now that I need these extended field appear in individual account summary form. Under further usage, I noticed System only allow to add extension field to account summary as shown in the screenshot.

I have downloaded individual account summary form template via adobe livecycle and the extended fields could not be found in data connection view.

However, all these extended fields appear in account summary form instead (as shown in below image) Now that I go to Individual Customer View and click on 'summary' button. The system is pointing to individual account summary form.

How can I make the extended fields appear in individual account summary form template instead of account summary form?

Hi Grace,

I hope you are doing fine.

It seems that your steps are correct, but in “Further Usage of Extension Field” you need to search for the “individual account summary” form template and repeat the actions to do the field available there.

How can I add 'External ID' field to the 'Account Summary' Template ????

I don't see the 'External ID' in the selection.

It will be great if any one of you can explain the complete Template Configuration procedure
