Po Fax Error

Hello All,

I have created a PO and when I give the print medium it prints perfectly. However when I use the Fax option it pops with an error..

The error is ...

Error info... XS 826: Cannot process message, no route from 'My User ID'

Any Suggestions

Please check your SCOT setting whether they are configured properly to send fax?

I see

Completed Error In transit Waiting

Any Suggestions on this.

I think you are using SAPconnect to send faxes out. then you need to better look into this link.

Its all configured as what it is in the document. What could be the possibility of the failure.

Is it some thing the Basis or the functional people would know more in detail.
