Hi ,

It may occur when urs produce quantity is differ to sales order or u havent produce material with reference to that sales order.

You cab use TC Mb1b and movement type 413 to tag that material for that sales order.

Vishal

A solution I used:

do not use material type KMAT, but FERT.

configure it as your KMAT-material. No problems will occur.

Please tell me the full form of FERT material because in Material type I coud't found FERT.

Thanks and regards

Hi

if you wish to make the FERT then in the Material master Basic data 2 view flag the material as configurable material.

now it willl be similar to KMAT.

before confirming the Process order

check the order for controlling parameters such as Planned costing , BOM assignment, Routing assginment,

and GI to be carried out before Confirmation
