Audit trail of changes to budget and availibility Control

Hi

I have a project whose budget and availibility control has been changed. Is there a way I can see what changes have been made to the budget and availibility control as well as the user id?

Hello,

You can check CJI8 for the budget line items. This will provide an overview on the different releases, returns, suppelements etc, performed over the original budget.

If status change documents are active, you can check change documents for status AVAC, ISBD, etc. This will provide an overview on the availability control changes.

You can get the document number in CJI8.However, if you select the correct layout in CJI8, you will obtain all the necessary information without the need of calling CJ3B.

Changes in the budget or allocation of original budget values always generate a document and you can see then using T Code CJ3B.You can also see who has created the document.

Hi Sreenivas, CJ3B requires a document no. Where would I find the document no.? Iuse CJ31 to look at the budget and I have noticed a budget change. I want to see who changed it and what the value of the change was. thanks for your help. Juliet

Martina's suggested report is best fit for your requirement. Change the report layout to include the fileds budget type, created by,document number etc.,
