Service Entry Sheet


Dear all,

There is one service order with three items –

Out of which for item one the service entry sheets and the respective Invoice verification has been made completely.

For item two partial service entry sheets and the invoice verifications are done,

Same is the case for item three.

Now when the user tries to create a service entry sheet for item three, the system is not allowing to create the same.

The reason we have found out is that the final invoice in the item details is ticked,

No one has ticked it manually.

How to proceed further and create the service entry sheet and the invoice verification.

Please suggest the way out
