Shipping cost determination is incomplete

Dear SAP Gurus

I have created shipment document and the shipment cost document also

when i try to create the billing doument its giving error log

shipping cost determintion is incomplete

please let what i have missed in this process

i have created delivery with using vendor for transportation .then i completed shipment.then i want do shipment cost. but it is not accept the shipment doc. pls tell me the steps .reply me

HI,

please check whther status of the shipment is completed or n ot. Also, check what sevice levl u have defined in shipment type.

Status Shows that shipment ended

Shipment type individual shipment road

Shipment cost document is partially processed

I am dealing this T module for the first time

please guide me on this

Hi,

Please goto transaction VI02 na try to enter all the costs.You will not be able to proceed until the status of the shipment cost document is fully completed.

You can also see the logs by click on the "Edit" button in the blue menu bar.

hello, friend.

in VI02, double click on the line item. click on the 'Account Assignment' button in the menu and make the entries. then go to the 'Settlement' tab. you will see a box named 'Transfer'. check this and save the document. when the system tells you that the document has been transferred, you can now go to the next step which is MIRO.
