How to find/activate VAS ( Value-Added Services ) within LE-WM-VAS

Hi,

We are on ECC 6.0 and using Warehous management.

I want to test VAS ( Value-Added Services ) within LE-WM-VAS

According to documentation should this be configured by SPRO path

Logistics Execution -> Warehouse Management -> Value-Added Services

and orders etc. created by same main path.

But there is no VAS menu point in my system. Do I need to activate it in someway before it can be used ?

P.S. By help of OSS note 653225 and transaction SIMGH, I was able to access VAS config transaction e.g. OFP4, but did not find any activating steps and can still not see VAS in main LE-WM menu.
