Help : Table control similar to SE16

Hi,

I have a requirement. I need to create a table control similar to SE16.

When my data is load to a table control, eg 5 line of records. The table control appear to enable the first 5 row and the sixth row is in display mode. I can't enter new data in the sixth row. I need a table control like SE16, when trigger the edit mode, all row is enable rather then those with data is enable. When trigger the display mode, the whole table is in display mode.

How to achieve that? Points will be rewarded.
