hi

when i double click on sap Netwear Developer Studio

it shows an error

A Java Runtime Enviroment (JRE) or Java Developement Kit (JDK) must be available inorder to run Eclise. No java virtual michine was found after searching the following lacations :

C:\j2sdk1.4.2._08\bin\javaw.exe

Plz solve how to rectify the error.

If you have removed J2SK please install it and click on the NWDS icon and change the -vm to correctly point it.

I think your Java version is too old - update to at least 1.4.2_14.

p.s. Checked the installation guide - 7.1 version requires 1.5.0_11 (page 17, prerequisite software).
