Scheduling Reports (CMC) - Prompts for authorization variable

Hi,

We would like to send reports to users so they see only their subset of the data (as with report bursting - e.g. sales reports for own region).

To test this, I've created an Analysis workbook with an authorization variable that restricts the result set for the current user (according to his BW analysis authorizations).

Now, how could we use the prompts in the scheduling function, in order to fill the values for the authorization variable for the current user (before sending the report)?

1. DataSource: DS_1, DS_2, ..., DS_n or All(*)?
2. Variable: <tech. name of auth. variable 1>, <tech. name of auth. variable 2>, ...?
3. Value: How to represent the current user?

Your help would be greatly appreciated.
