Some Question regarding SAP Business Dashboards

Hi, Im using the latest SAP BusinessObject Dashboards and am looking for the following type of functionality or tool or customization that can achieve this.

1. I want to have a button on my dashboard app that i have created, that will submit all the data to a central server. This can either be to submit a text file via email to a specific email address or generally open to suggestions. Have in mind that my users dont always have internet access, so my thought is that by creating an email and sending it, if they dont have internet it will be in the pending out folder and will be sent soon as they connect to the internet. Any ideas for this?

2. to be able to show the results(eg in a pie chart, or generally any chart, together with any tables, as long as the email above has been created or button has been pressed. How can i do something like this?
