Hi Guru's.

i did a absences detail report .when i will give input..From 21/05/2007 to 20/06/2007. it will show the all absences.

But when i will give the input from 07/06/2007 to 20/06/2007.

it show the all the values except 07/06/2007 & 09/06/2007

*The employee was absent in 06/06/2007 to 09/062007.*

what is the reason...

I need function module for calculate saturday and sunday.

HI

check your dates once . u cannot assign two type of holidays for the ssame dates.

Actualy the report want to display all absence day of particular employee in selection period..

the selection period is 21/01/2008 to 20/02/2008.when the i/p is above,report display all output like....

FROM 22/01/2008 TO 22/01/2008 -


CL.

04/02/2008 TO 07/02/2008 -


SL

12/02/2008 TO 12/02/2008------- COFF.

18/02/2008 TO 19/02/2008------- PL.

But when i will give the input for testing...in selection -period FROM 05/02/2008 TO 20/02/2008..it display the output LIKE

12/02/2008 TO 12/02/2008------- COFF.

18/02/2008 TO 19/02/2008------- PL...

it doesn't show the 05/02/2008 to 07/02/2008.

what i can do for this.. im new to HRABAP..
