How to identify and download total attachments in service object (Business Workspace)

Dear All,

We want to identify and download that how many Quality Notifications have attachments since 1^st January 2011.

We are able to see attachements for individual quality notification but not in mass.

Procedure to see attachments for single QN

Select QN using QM02 ---> Select Services for Object tab ---->Select QN ---> Select attachment list

How to see and download in mass?

Hello,

This is resolved now.

I have used table SRGBTBREL to check if attachment is there or not.

Pass notification number with leading zeros in ‘Instance ID’ field.

Hi Naresh,

Explore FMs ARCHIV_GET_CONNECTIONS and SCMS_AO_TABLE_GET.

Using this FM you can download the attachments.
