new scheduling packages not visible in download scheduler

Hi,

i created a new scheduling package in reporting agent and assigned web teampltes for this scheduling package.

when i go to download scheduler to schedule this package, i cant find it there. i get a message saying "you are not assigned to any scheduling package".

is this some kind of a authorization issue. i have sap_all.
