Manual Accruals ( ERROR)

Hi All,

I have just completed customizing in Manual Accrual which we plan to use in the coming months,

I have got to the stage of testing it, but stucked with this error, can anyone be of help to fix it.

Error

Processing not possible on 26.02.2008 - fiscal year 2008 already completed

My selection for the accurals life date 01-03-2008 till 30-09-2008.

Why am I getting this error message, and should I fix something in IMG, by the way, for the posting periods are opened, and also under Manual Accruals in IMG, I set the period in the "Open Fiscal Year for Accrual Posting".
