Hi guys!
I have an Mobile Application wich realizes a query on DB. It's just a textfield with a search-help to make the query. This search-help is visible on PC, but not in my mobile app. If i try it in my PC browser and press F4, i get this error:
Error ITS_UNDEFINED_NAT_FUNCTION occured. P1=templates/iac/dm/searchhelp.html P2=d_makeButton P3=d_makeButton
Do i have to do any adjustement on the ITS service or is a problem of the template??
Thanks!
BR
PD: sorry for my poor english.
I have resolved one of the two previous questions. I have including in my HTML one button which launch a Javascript function to simulate F4 key.
My last problem (actually) is change the system SEARCHHELP template. I have a copy os this template, and i have customizing it, but i don't know where this template is launched, or how can i call my template from my ITS service.
Some idea?
Thanks.

Hola Francisco,
Hi!
We apply the note and it works fine! (on a PC browser)
Now i have another two questions:
- What key is F4 in a mobile phone or a PDA? Can I configure this key in my app?
- How i can configure this search-help to make visible with my template style?

Hello Francisco,
the note says, that the solution for this error comes with SAPKB70015 -
this is basis support package 15.
Did you already apply it? If you cannot do so, you might consider to use
the correction instructions appended to note 1115979.
What release of the WebAS do you use?
regards
Tobias
