Condition table for outbound delivery

Hi guys

Is it possible to create a new condition table for outbound delivery output type with a field „sold-to”, although this field is available in the field catalogue , it does not show up during a table creation in the FieldCatlg,why?

Hi

Create output condition for delivery output throught transaction V/60. after that follow the normal condition creation techinique for menu please see this path in configuration Logistics Execution->Shipping->Basic Shipping Functions->Output Control->Maintain Output Determination for Outbound Deliveries->Maintain Condition Tables

Check the field catalog if the field is available you can use that or you have to append the strcture in KOMB, KOMKBV2 & KOMPBV2 depending on the where you can get the data of the field.

Hi ,

This filed is actually in the field catalogue , but during the table creation this field is not available for choosing. What should I do to get this field available for choosing during table creation ?

As I see adding a new field to the field catalogue does not mean automatically that this field is then available for choosing during a table creation.

Please advise.

SPRO --> LE --> Shipping --> Basic Shipping Functions --> Output control --> Output Determination --> Maintain Output Determination --> Maintain Condition Tables.

You will get a Pop UP. Choose "Field Catalog: Output for deliveries"

In the next screen, hit "New Entries" button. Hit F4 and you will see KUNNR to choose from a list.

Choose this and save. Now go to the Conditon Table Creation and you will see this field in the field catalog to choose.

Hi,

Use T.code V/03 to create new table ( give the new table number )

I) Now select the field you want to use from field catalog by double clicking on the field.

This will now appear on selected fields screen.

II) Now from Menu Bar--> condition-> Generate---( this will generat the new table) click for new table generation.

Hi Dominik,

You need to Append the new fields which you want to see in the Field Catelog to create a condition table.

Please follow the following process

Got to T. Code SE11 andGive the Table name

Then click on the Button Append Structure and

Key in the name of you append starting with letter 'Z'.

Add fields whcih you want.

Activate the table.
