Regarding Upgradation From 4.6 C To ECC 6.0-Urgent

Hi all

can anybody let me know what is procedure to upgrade the SAP From 4.6 C To ECC 6.0 from MM and CIN point of view

--is Up gradation is just like an implementation or Enhancement process

any help would be appreciable
