GI not possible: Cos Serial Number Already Assigned

Hi All,

I am unable to do PGI for a Delivery. The error I am getting is 'Serial Number xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx alredy assigned'.

Can you please let me know how to overcome this?

Hi Jagadeesh,

Check the configuration settings related serial Numbers

I think you might assign serial no to the material before PGI.

Hi

Goto the delivery > Extras> Serial Numbers

Remove the old serial number which you have assigned and click on button , select serial numbers automatically.

You will be able to post the delivery.

Hope it solves your probelm completely.

Hi,

If serial number configuration is maintained, it means that the PGI is done only after the serial numbers are maintained.

Just check T.Code: 'ois2'

Can you give some more information... What exactly is happening....
