Dear Experts,
We are using SAP Version 9.0. My user who have 'Read Only' authorization towards Invoice A/R accidentally right click on the document and 'Save as draft' for that document.
The Invoice actually generated from approval procedure. Approved and added by originator. (The document status is already closed)
Once user clicked 'Save as draft', system automatically save this document as draft again and when user realized the mistake, he tried to remove this draft form the document draft report but this error appear..
Cannot delete drafts in approval process [Message 3612-1]
First, I want to know, why 'Read only' authorization allow user to save as draft the document but full authorization cannot?
Second, for the situation above, how can I resolve this? or is this System bug? We tried to finish this document with normal procedure for approval documents, but we even cannot find this document under Approval Status Report. If we try to add, an error appear
The authorization request for this document was cancelled
I really appreciate for your help
Dear Experts
Is there any solution or opinion for this?
I really appreciate it.

Dear Jitin,
Thank you for your reply.
I read the note, however this document is not rejected from approval procedure.
It is saved as draft from approved document and has title like AR Invoice-Draft[Approved] .Since i could not delete it from document draft report, i want to add it first and cancel it using normal procedure.
the reason why i really need to cancel this document is because, it is AR Invoice and journal entry already posted into it.
I have no idea why JE can be posted to draft document.
Example document as below with the error:
User | Count |

110 | |
