HI TO ALL

HOW TO DELETE PERSON : WHEN I DELETED ERROR IS : CHANGE FOR PERSON 00000010 EXTENDS TOO FAR INTO PAST..PLZ HEP ME HW TO SOLVE THIS.

Hi Prathima,

Check out the transaction code - PU00 ( Delete personnel Data).

But, we should not delete the personnel no. and it is not advisable at all.

under which infotype you get this error. Go to View V_T582A using tcode SM30. select the concerned infotype. make the Retr.acct.payr. and Retr.acct.PDC fields as blank and Past entry all as "X"

Important note : this solution is not advisable in production server. Revert the changes once you have deleted the personnel no.

hi,

u can delete wrong PNRS by

if payroll is not processed use utilities>Delete Pno.

if the payroll is processed use RPUDELPN report.

remember once the record deleted u can't revert back the data u lost

revert if any issues

Hi

Could you tell me why do you want to delete this person.

Normally in real senarios we don't delete any employees. Instead we do the termination action. If you have run the payroll of this employee, the system shows error like this.

In case if you want to delete the personal number, you can go to 0003 infotype and delete the accounted to date and try deleting the employee.
