Error in Record Working Time

Hi All,

I am facing a peculiar error in Record Working Time. Some of the time entry columns ( First 3 columns - Sun, Mon, Tue ) are disabled . Hence the user is not able to create time entries in those columns. Though in the backend CATS transaction is working fine, and i am able to add entries in the above mentioned columns.

Its only in Portal that these columns are disabled..

Has anyone faced this issue before ? Any help on this issue would be appreciated..

Hi Aditi,

cross check with the entries in Data Entry Profile node of the Record working time node in spro.

check the tabs of general settings and time settings there.

Hi NR,

Thanks for your response..I have already checked these settings..Is there anything in specific i should be checking in CAC2 transaction?
