Error while validating the Digital signature sent from Partner bank via soap adapter

Hi,

In my scenario i am using SAP PI 7.1 for receiving a feed from bank through webservice. For this i am using sender soap channel. While validating the digital signature sent from bank the message is getting failed. It is not reaching the PI. Error shown in the communication channel is below:-

"The error was java.lang.NullPointerException while trying to invoke the method com.sap.security.core.ws.wss.tokens.securitytoken.Reference.getURI() of an object returned from com.sap.security.core.ws.wss.tokens.securitytoken.SecurityTokenReference.getReference()."

Sender is using Key identifier under security token but my PI system is looking for Reference URI. Please help me regarding this issue is pending since long not able to find the proper solution.
