Appraisal Document not visible to appraisee

Hi Experts,

I am facing a serious issue and I searched in forum, but couldn't find any answers related to that. The appraisal document is not visible to appraisee. Authorization is perfectly fine. In backend I can see a document is there for appraisee. Could you please help to get the answer where it could gone wrong?

So if the appraisee tries to see his/her appraisal documents in ESS, it is not shown, right?

1, What is the symptom exactly ? Is there any error message ? Or just that the expected appraisal documents
are not listed in the POWL list ? It is better to have a screenshot to understand your exact situation.

2, Is this happening for only one appraisal documents, or all the appraisal documents assigned to this
appraisee ?

3, If it happens for all appraisal documents, then it may be an OBN issue.

4, If it does not seem to be an OBN issue after checking through the wiki page above, please check
how the status flow is configured ?

Thank you for your help. It was an OBN issue. I could resolve the issue.
