I am facing a problem in Medical and sick leave

Medical and sick leave will be given to employee 1.5 / Month at the time of joining. When the 3 month probation is completed employee get 5 leave, they cannot avail leave in probation period

please guide me how can I configure and how I write a PCR can u guide me step by step I am new in sap

Furthermore, if you do a little search, you will find many Discussion Threads on this subject.

Hi, Abbas.

The configuration of Quotas is a quite long.

I recommend you to take a look at the IMG path: Time Management –> Time Data Recording and Administration –> Managing Time Accounts Using Attendance/Absence Quotas.

Take a look at the configuration of “Sick/Ilness” from other countries and try to copy, adjusting to your requirements. (Recommend to use the 1 / 10 / 04 – Sick/Ilness). One of the adjustments would be the mentioned on the previous post.

Finally use the reports to check if your configuration have been done correctly. RPTIME00, RPTQTA00, RPTQUOTA_CHECK.

Hi Abbas,

In the table V_T559D, Deduction Interval --> Deduction from & Deduction to

you have to maintain as per your requirement for the specific leave types.
