Hi,

I have copied OR from std to ZNO. Now when I am creating the order getting error message: No control entry for GTS call exists for document type ZNO. need your help to resolve this issue.

HI Naveen,

This is completely related GTS issue (Global Trade Services), so you check in the foreighn trade sttings in the IMG and also check the Foreign trade data in the material master which was you entered in the sales order.

If you do not need GTS you try to deactivate the setting in the foreign trade.

I have not maintained Foreign Trade data in the material master. This must be the GTS issue, could you please tell me the process to be followed to resolve this error, what changes needs to be done in IMG for foreign trade settings(Menu Path).

Hi,

I think you are using GTS system also. so that you need to activate this ZNO document type to GTS processing. this will be done through Img- Forein trade process- activate sales document types.

Hi,

Firstly check your copying control and see if you are using new or existing item category.

You will have to maintain the new sales document type with the item categories in SPRO - SD - SALES - SALES ITEM - ITEM CATEGORY ASSIGNMENT.

Also with your item category see whether it is assisgned and configured to accomodate schedule line categories.

When I enter the material in the order, the system automatically takes Item category TAN, ie; There is some other issue. When I click on save, that time I am getting this error.
