Hi,
as the world is talking about and developing Progressive Web Apps I wonder if SAP is planning to go into this direction with SAPUI5 / Fiori.
For those who don't know what Progressive Web Apps are the following resources give a good first insight.

I have no idea whether SAP is planning PWA for UI5 & FIORI, but you can try to create an progressive SAPUI5 web application on your own. Please refer the doc below for more information :

I doubt if SAP is considering PWA at this mom. And Apple is delaying adoption of PWA to protect their app market.
