Hi.
There is no local DTR. There is a "Local DCs" view in the Development Configurations perspective.
DTR is the version control server in NWDI. You can connect to a track via the Development Configuration perspective.

When a project from the DTR is "created" locally, the DC will show in "Local DCs" view. This is only your local copy of the DC.
