Fixed Assets Location wise

Hi,

We need to generate a report on asset balances, giving the acqusition costs, accumulated depreciation, net book values as well as the location. The locations have been maintained in the system and when we use the T Code S_ALR_87011968, we are able to get the report only for the location which we specify in the selection parameters. However, a listing is desired with the aforesaid information in respect of all the existing assets. Could you please help and advise as to how can the desired report be generated ?

Hi,

Do not give location in the selection Parameters & select the sort version as 0010, this will list for all assets of all Locations .

Hi,

You can get all the values in report

Goto dynamic selection and select accdep and accvalue net book value etc

Execute the report

If it is use full please assign points
